A star-plate constructed “penta-pod(?)” as a lefthand addition

The North Saskatchewan River in Canada is the locale for this unique getaway, simply dubbed “The Icosa Project”…’s a series of photos showing some of the progress/and inner workings of this very cool vacation cabin/tiny house. I can’t wait to see more of this small home.

We have been looking at the plans for this cabin in an old publication from the Greenpeace Experimental Farm. We are really excited about building and living in this cabin. I am wondering how easy it is to get a building permit for this type of structure. Does anyone know? Also, does anyone have additional plans that we can use?
