Thanks for your patience, and thanks to the sponsors who made this episode finally possible (and kept us from being completely in the red). We have SEVERAL more episodes and projects for this show already filmed (A Jay Shafer Tumbleweed Tiny House Company one; A Maine Bunk House (w/the Mayor of Waterville); A transforming/folding kids fort for Make Magazine, etc) but can’t really get them up for viewing until we have enough loot to break even and finish editing them with…..so as always, if you want to reach THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of people continuously kidcedar@gmail.com – donations to senorsell@hotmail.com (paypal) are ALWAYS welcome too!

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the Vermont Cabin episode, its a cabin thats been almost TEN years in the SLOOOOOOW making (from age 22, when I bought the land, until now), and we’ve had a blast through the whole process. I do hope all you tiny housing/small home/cabin fanatics will dig this one….it was a ton of fun to shoot (despite only getting 2-3 hours of sleep before I had to host it!).

My wife wants to know how you heat the place. Are you gearing this as a four season retreat?

right now we have a “nordic stove”- a tiny, tiny boat stove-like heater that runs on gravity-fed kerosene. Later, in the addition we’ll add a woodstove that we picked up for $75.00- used.

I immediately thought of you when I saw this:

It is not quite your cozy cottage — interesting nonetheless.
